Downloadable Products:

Due to the nature of downloadable products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any downloadable items purchased from our website. Once the download is initiated or the product is accessed, it cannot be returned.

Physical Books:

For physical books purchased directly from Joy Dean Designs Ltd, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

  1. Returns Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • The book must be in its original, unopened condition.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@joydeandesigns.com with your order number and details.
    • Pack the item securely and include a copy of the original packing slip.

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

  4. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Refund Processing:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Books Purchased from Amazon:

For books purchased from Amazon, please refer to Amazon’s return and refund policies. Buyers are advised to contact Amazon directly for assistance with returns, refunds, and other related inquiries.

Shipping Policy

International orders do not include any import duties, customs fees, or taxes. International buyers may be subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable in your country) and Joy Dean Designs Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any fees/charges incurred with your country.

Joy Dean Designs Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any International shipment delays or items held at customs. You can contact your local customs office for more information.

If any package is refused or unclaimed or returned to sender due to customer error (e.g. incorrect shipping address) they will be issued as “return to sender” and the customer must wait for the package to be fully returned for it to be reissued. Re-shipping will be at the customers expense.
