As the physical journals are made to order, once the order is placed it cannot be refunded.
Returns Eligibility:

Return Process:
-To initiate a return, please contact me here on Etsy with your order number and details.
-Pack the item securely and include a copy of the original packing slip.
Shipping Costs:

Refund Processing:
